Can I vote for the next content creators I want to see on Yumi?
Yes! 🗳️ On the app’s Explore page, you can open the profile pages of content creators that are not yet on Yumi (they do not have the green spot on their profile pictures as the creators that do have an A.I.), and click on the button “Request to join”! The creators that get the most votes will be contacted by our team 😉
On what kind of devices can I download Yumi?
Yumi is a mobile application that can be downloaded on all mobile phones: IOS or Android. Yumi is not available on computers.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the Content I paid for?
Yumi’s content policy and refund policy is available here. 💔 If the content that you received is not what was promised, you can signal it and our teams will analyze your request: if your request is legitimate, you will benefit from a full refund 💰.
How are content and behavior moderated on the platform?
Yumi closely monitors all inappropriate content on the platform thanks to a powerful moderation algorithm that automatically detects illegal content or behavior. The users who explicitly have inappropriate behavior will be banned from the platform 🔒. As a user, you can also report any problem by sending a message to Yumi Assistance directly on the app 🆘.
